Escare Incorporated offers assistance to families and individuals who need Financial Counselling, information and referral, advocacy, NILS loans, skills development by holding or hosting workshops, Outside School Hours Care, Youth services, ongoing family support by way of Mytime group as well as the One and All inclusion projects such as the Community Holiday Program .

Escare Incorporated is managed by a local Board of Directors who meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month, with the Escare Service Manager.

Annual General Meeting
Escare holds its AGM annually on the 4th Wednesday in October, at Esperance Lotteries House.
Escare encourages interested individuals and organisations to become members of Escare's Management Committee. To be involved as a management committee member, nominations are required.
Funding for Escare Programs
Escare also receives subsidies from the Commonwealth Government to run the After School and Vacation Care Programmes.
In addition, Escare has received support from Lotterywest over the past 25 years.
Escare appreciates ongoing support from the Esperance Shire and Goldfields Economic Development Commission for recent project support in bring Community Education workshops to Esperance.
The Esperance Bi-annual Kids Fun Day Out that Escare auspice, receives funding from several sources including Lotterywest, Esperance Shire, Esperance Port Authority, Parenting Connections and Cliffs Mining.
Escare collaborates with organisations who share Escare’s vision for an inclusive and fair community.
Current major partnerships Include with Esperance Psychology of Resilience Youth project; Esperance Community Arts with the Aboriginal Arts Coordination project; Brick Club parenting with GIFSA and Our Lady Star of The Sea Primary School and Community Holiday Program with the Esperance Shire and BOICO, as well as, Ngala providing the regular My Time Group.
