Escare Incorporated is a non-profit community organisation that develops and delivers practical assistance through services that are relevant to the people of Esperance, Western Australia.
Escare has been supporting the Esperance Community for over 30 years having been established in 1981 and incorporated in 1983.
Escare Incorporated offers assistance to families and individuals who need Financial Counselling, information and referral, advocacy, NILS loans, skills development by holding or hosting workshops, Outside School Hours Care, Youth services, ongoing family support by way of Mytime group as well as the One and All inclusion project and more recently the My Way Project.

Escare's key result areas and objectives..
- To provide a sustainable, viable organisation with the capacity to meet the increasing needs of clients and the community.

- To ensure that our range of services and associated activities are known and understood within the community.
Escare Incorporated is managed by a local Board of Directors who meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month, with the Escare Service Manager.

Annual General Meeting
Escare holds its AGM annually on the 4th Wednesday in September, at Esperance Lotteries House.
Escare encourages interested individuals and organisations to become members of Escare's Management Committee. To be involved as a management committee member, nominations are required.
Funding for Escare Programs
Escare Incorporated is funded to run the " Family & Community Service" ( Department for Local Government & Communities), 'Financial Counselling' and 'Youth' programme (Department For Child Protection and Family Support (DCP&FS).
The One and All Esperance project was funded by Disability Services commission.
Escare has a current partnerhsip with Disability Services Commissions "My Way" project.
My Time Group is a partnership between Ngala and Escare.
Escare also receives subsidies from the Commonwealth Government to run the After School and Vacation Care Programmes.
In addition, Escare has received Adult Community Education (ACE) grants from the Department For Education & Training as well as capital item grants from the Lotterywest.
Escare appreciates ongoing support from the Esperance Shire , Esperance Port Authority, Esperance Land and Sea and more recenlty from One Life Esperance to hold the 123 Magic Parenting workshops. Telstra foundation and Community Arts Network of WA recently support Youth projects.
The Esperance Bi-annual Childrens festival auspiced by Escare receives funding from several sources including Lotterywest, Esperance Shire, Xtrata Nickel, Esperance Port Authority, and Cliffs Mining.
