Escare welcomed Semara Murphy as trainee Escare Youth Worker (part -time). Semara will be completing studies in Youth Work area while working as the Escare Youth Worker. Escare is really pleased to have Semara on board as she brings many skills only generation Y can bring to the position and to the Escare team.
It was with a sense of loss that Escare farewelled Lorette Trocinski in late 2011 as Lorette relocated to Perth with her family.Lorettes’ employments with Escare spanned three decades. Lorettes’ contribution has been outstanding from her original role as Occasional Care Coordinator to Outside School hours Care Senior Play leader, Aboriginal Support Worker, Family Support worker, Youth worker and more recently acting Coordinator.
The Escare team also welcomes Lesa Blackham as the One and All Esperance Inclusion Project Officer. It is fantastic to have Lesa on the team bringing her wealth of experience in working in the Esperance Community.
Phillip (Flip) Evans left Escare after filling both of the above roles for 3 months. Flip and his family are onwards and upwards to the North West and back to Echucha. We wish them all the very best and thank Flip for his wonderful contribution to Escare and the local community in the short time he was here.
Escare also welcomes Outside School Hours Care Coordinator (part time) Crystal Fripp. Crystal is a teacher as well as having worked in the local communtiy sector. We are excited to have Crystal on board as the centre undergoes its transition to the new National Early Years Learning Framework.
