What happens now?
If you are giving a compliment or suggestion we will ensure this is passed on the the Escare team and committee.
If you are making a complaint we will try and resolve the complaint and put in place actions to identify where improvements need to be made.
When we receive a complaint we will acknowledge this by:
- Making contact with you and advise you about who is dealing with the matter.
- Aiming to resolve the complaint within 20 working days. We will also keep you informed as to the progress of the matter.
