MY WAY COORDINATOR

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our team at Escare as a My Way Coordinator. This is a part time position, providing ongoing support to individuals, their families and carers to help access information, plan for the future, participate in their community and navigate the disability support system.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a contemporary approach to planning and supporting people with a disability, have effective inter-personal and communication skills,  excellent planning and organisational skills as well as experience in managing budgets and  be able to work autonomously.
