My Time is a support group run by Escare for parents/carers of a child with a disability or chronic illness. We meet every Tuesday during term from 10am - 2pm at Escare, 53 The Esplanade. The group can involve; just having a cuppa and chat, arts and crafts, information sessions or visits from other organisations.
