School Holidays – Vacation Care (VAC)
We will offer Vacation Care commencing Monday 7 July 2025 for two weeks, during the July school holidays, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day.
After School Care (ASC)
(days/hours to be confirmed) in Term 3, July 2025.
School Pickup
Transporting children from schools every day is a critical part of ASC and we are examining policies and procedures. We have determined we will be unable to collect from all schools, and we are undertaking how this will look recommending in Term 3. We know that initially we will only be able to transport 10 children from each school we collect from as a maximum. To begin with we think we will be unable to collect from OLSOTS and Christian Primary school.
Updated Fees
Due to increasing operational costs, we wish to advise that our service fees will increase, effective from 7 July 2025. This adjustment is necessary to ensure we can continue providing high-quality, safe, and engaging care for your children.
- After School Care (ASC): Increasing from $35 to $40 per session
- Vacation Care: Increasing from $94 to $98 per day
